Ask us about our Library Passes!

Passes are made available on a first come, first served basis. We are unable to hold a pass. Passes are circulated to patrons holding a current library card and must be returned after each use. All passes are made possible with generous donations made to our library throughout the year. Thank you!

Here is what you need to know:

  • Museum passes are available on a first come, first served basis.
  • Borrowing is limited to 1 museum pass per library card at a time.
  • Museum Passes are available by calling the library and can be picked up during Curbside Pickup.
  • Before borrowing a Pass, carefully read the Museum’s instructions and plan ahead.
  • Follow directions on the museum’s website to plan your visit.
  • Passes will be available to borrow during Curbside Pickup.
  • Passes are checked out for 1 week.
  • Return Passes through our DVD/Audiobook Depository – NOT THE BOOK DROP.
  • Please return Passes as soon as possible – Passes will be quarantined between uses.

How to check out a Museum Pass:

  • Call the Library at 413-566-3047 and check museum pass availability.
  • If the museum pass is available, staff will check it out to you for 1 week from that day.
  • The pass will be held until the end day.
  • If you do not pick up the Pass that day, it will be returned and made available for the next patron.

Curbside Pickup hours:

Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Thursdays: 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.  ~  Saturdays: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Museum Passes

Check museum websites for updated information.

Basketball Hall of Fame: No reservation required. Patrons can use the pass to purchase discounted tickets at the ticket window. Pass valid for 6 discounted Daily Admission Passes: Adults $15.00, Youth $9.00

Children’s Museum at Holyoke: Online reservation requires code on pass.  Pass must be presented at museum. Online COVID waiver required before reservation can be made. ½ price admission for up to 6 Visitors, children under 12 months are free. ½ price admission is $4.00 per person.

Connecticut Trolley Museum: Pass provides free admission for 2 adults and 2 youth.

Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art: Online Reservation; choose member pricing when making your reservation. The pass is your Proof of Membership when checking in at the museum. Pass provides free admission for 2 adults and up to 4 children per visit.

MassParks: No reservation required. Present pass as usual for free parking at over 50 Mass state parks.

Mystic Aquarium: Library Pass Program SUSPENDED.

Norman Rockwell Museum:  Online reservation requires code on pass card. Pass must be presented at museum. Pass provides 2 discounted admissions for 2 patrons at the discounted rate of $12.00 each.

Old Sturbridge Village: Half price admission for up to 4 visitors.

Springfield Museums: Registration not possible if using Library Pass. Present pass at Welcome Center. Buy 1 full admission and receive a 50 % discount on the second admission, up to 6 guests per visit.

USS Constitution Museum: Online reservation requires code in pass on card.  Pass must be presented at museum. Free admission up to 9 people.

Wistariahurst Museum: Not open to the public. For virtual and appointment based access to the archives, please contact

Zoo in Forest Park: Online reservation requires code in pass on card.  Pass must be presented at ticket booth. Pass provides 5 free admissions per visit.
