How does the Children's Summer Reading Program Work!

Pre-K - 5th grade (Entering in the Fall)

Your goal is to read 15 minutes a day for a total of 600 minutes during the six weeks of the summer reading program. Each day that you read for 15 minutes, you can color a Lego on your record sheet. Bring your record sheet every time you come to the library and put stickers on your tracking sheet!
All Participants will earn a invitation to the Grand Finale Party on Thursday, August 10th at 5:30. Dinner will be served and you will be presented with a reading certificate and a goodie bag.

All summer we will be writing letters and drawings pictures to send to soldiers that are serving away from home! For tips on writing a letter to a solider come come get our informational sheet in the Children's Room!
